This bean originates from Coban, which is said to have two seasons: rainy and rainier. Situated in the dense rainforest and rolling hills, it is cloudy and cool all year long. Limestone and clay soils help in producing a coffee with the following cupping notes: Citrusy and sweet. Notes of caramel and orange with a medium to high acidity, full body and very clean finish. A medium, smooth body and poignant acidity are pleasantly followed by a clean, crisp finish.
